Refunds & Returns
At Blazing Edge Studios, each item is made with care and precision. Because many of our products are personalized or made to order, our refund policy is designed to be clear and fair.
Custom and Personalized Items
Due to the custom nature of our products, all personalized or made-to-order items are non-refundable once production begins, unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect due to our error. Please double-check all spelling, dates, and details before approving or submitting your order.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery at mark@blazingedgestudios.com. Include your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will work with you to replace or refund the item as appropriate.
Non-Custom Items
For non-custom or stock items, returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery. The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition you received it. The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund, check with your bank or credit card company, as posting times may vary. If you still have not received it, contact us at mark@blazingedgestudios.com.
Exchanges
We replace items only if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect. To request an exchange, email mark@blazingedgestudios.com with your order number and details.

Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase unless production has already begun on a custom item.
