Frequently Asked Questions

  • Yes. Events require either a minimum of 25 participating guests or a $500 minimum booking value.

  • Our standard package includes up to 4 consecutive onsite hours, including setup, operation, and teardown. Additional time is available for $100 per hour.

  • Yes. We proudly serve Maricopa County and Pinal County. Events outside these counties are welcome and may be subject to additional travel charges. Overnight events may also require lodging and related travel expenses.

  • Possibly. Customer-supplied products must be tested and approved before the event to ensure they engrave safely and consistently.

  • Live personalization is generally limited to:

    • Up to 30 characters

    • One approved font

    • One engraving location

    We can also offer pre-approved artwork or design selections specifically for your event.

  • Guests may either:

    • Join a live queue and watch their item being personalized, or

    • Submit their personalization digitally using a QR code or online form and return later to pick up their completed keepsake.

    We do not use handwritten order cards.

  • All events require prepayment. This allows us to order and prepare products, reserve your event date, and complete all production planning before the event.
